Working out can be good for your body, but this week, we’re focusing on fitness classes and events that are also good for your mind. Most of these activities include some charitable component so you can feel good about your calorie burn and your contributions to society.

Full Psycle Spin Class

For considerably cheaper than the alternatives, Full Psycle is meant to be experienced over time, with tech to allow gym goers the opportunity to check their progress. Jogging for the Jugs Virtual 5K and 10K

If you’d prefer running on your own schedule but want the feel good vibes of doing a charity run, this virtual race is the best of both worlds. For only $8 donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, you can take part in this race and run your designated distance all on your own any time between April 22 and April 30. If your excuse to not get off your butt and get moving is how expensive these fitness classes can be, you’re SOL.
