The driver of an amphibious sightseeing vehicle that collided with a scooter in Boston, killing a woman, has a history of driving violations.

According to records released by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles, the driver has been cited for speeding 10 times, was found at fault in a 2003 accident and was cited for several other infractions.

The Boston Herald reports that the records don’t indicate which vehicle the driver was operating when he was cited.

Boston Duck Tours declined to comment on the operator’s driving history.

The driver’s license has been suspended, which is routine in fatal crashes. No charges have been filed.

The collision Saturday near Boston Common killed 28-year-old Allison Warmuth. A man on the scooter with her was hurt but expected to survive.
