Despite state budget issues and shifting construction start and end dates a wide-range of transit projects are set to snarl commutes this summer. This includes ongoing mega-projects like the widening of the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway and the reconfiguring of the six-way intersection at Damen, Elston and Fullerton to numerous bridge replacements along Metra rail lines.
